Nelsen Corporation is seeking a creative, self-motivated Art Director to join our team. The Art Director is responsible for overseeing the visual direction of Nelsen Corporation’s brand across all digital and print media. This position manages the creative process, ensuring consistency and innovation in branding, marketing campaigns, and product visuals. The Art Director works closely with the marketing team and external vendors to elevate brand presence and drive engagement.

Work Location and Schedule: 5151 Portside Dr., Medina, OH 44256; Monday-Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
Pay: From $80,000 per year; pay commensurate with experience and skills.
On the first of the month after 60 days:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily, which include the following:
Creative Strategy & Brand Development
- Develop and execute creative strategies that align with Nelsen Corp’s brand identity and marketing goals
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints, ensuring a cohesive and professional appearance
- Provide creative direction for marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, and promotional materials
Design & Content Creation
- Oversee the design and production of all digital and print materials, including branded literature, catalogs, email campaigns, print ads, website assets, and product manuals
- Direct and oversee product photography & videography
- Collaborate with marketing & sales teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual storytelling
Project & Resource Management
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
- Oversee the allocation of creative resources and workflows to optimize efficiency
- Evaluate the effectiveness of creative assets
Qualifications and Competencies

- Highly creative and able to drive revenue growth through creation of marketing collateral
- Ability to write and edit technical documents
- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
- Microsoft Office Suite proficient, with expert Excel skills
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite skills
- Strong attention to detail and creativity
- Pass a background check and urine drug screen
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
- 4 years’ experience with graphic design, catalog layout, and product photography, preferably in a B2B setting
