CSR Tier 3: Account Representative/Collector

Nelson and Kennard, an established and growing, Sacramento based law firm is looking for an eager and ambitious Account Representative to join our growing team! This individual will contact and negotiate with consumers on behalf of our clients to resolve outstanding delinquencies. Please note this is in the field of legal debt collections. The work will be performed in a fast paced, high-volume environment with a focus on providing stellar customer service. The candidate will receive thorough training and resources to succeed in this position. We are seeking enthusiastic, goal-driven, long term individuals. Sales, call center, dispatching, collections, retail, food service or other customer service experience is a plus. This is an onsite position at our McClellan office (Sacramento area near Watt Ave and Peacekeeper Way).

This position has opportunity for commission once out of training that would be on top of hourly rate.

Duties to Include:

· Managing a large portfolio of diverse, multi-client, collection accounts

· Handling upwards of 150 incoming and outgoing calls each day

· Negotiating with individuals to resolve delinquent balance accounts while providing excellent customer service

· Resolving disputes in a professional and respectful manner· Managing accounts through the legal collections process (including post-judgment execution)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
