You are :
A motivated individual with experience in a cleanroom environment who values safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Compensation : $21.42 / HR
Location : Devens, MA
Schedule : Fri-Sun 6 : 00am - 6 : 30pm
What You Will Be Doing :
- Building, cleaning, and packaging Single-Use assemblies according to Engineering Process Records (EPR), drawings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Wearing appropriate PPE and reporting near miss or first aid events.
- Maintaining cleanroom protocols and adhering to cGMPs to support an ISO Class 7 environment.
- Participating actively in continuous improvement and following change control procedures.
- Escalating potential process or product deviations to avoid scrap, rework, or customer returns.
- Keeping your work and common areas clean and organized according to 6S principles.
- Managing inventory accuracy by properly returning unused parts and components with appropriate labeling and traceability.
- Meeting manufacturing schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
- Completing and signing off on EPRs for each completed operation.
- Ensuring assembly work is completed within the allotted time frame as per work orders.
- Embracing a "build it right the first time" mentality.
- Performing additional tasks as needed.
