- Case Management: Manage all aspects of civil litigation cases, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and court appearances.
- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct thorough legal research using Westlaw and other resources, and draft high-quality legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.
**What You Bring:**
- 1-3 years of civil litigation/trial preparation experience; employment law experience is preferred.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Westlaw, and Outlook.
