Facilities Maintenance Technician
You are a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing equipment, machinery, and building systems. Your work will focus on maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various equipment and fixtures while keeping accurate records and supporting overall facility needs. Long term temporary opportunity
Compensation : $21 / HR
Location : Paris, KY
Schedule : M-F 7 : : 00am-3 : 30pm
What you will be doing :
- Install, maintain, and repair manufacturing equipment and fixtures.
- Conduct routine maintenance on machinery, HVAC systems, and building electrical systems.
- Perform carpentry work on doors, floors, docks, and other structural elements.
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, escalating complex problems when needed.
- Maintain repair and maintenance logs to track completed work and repairs.
- Respond to security alarm calls as necessary.
- Ensure the proper functioning of all heating and cooling equipment.
