- Providing administrative support for HR operations
- Completing and auditing HR paperwork and documentation
- Conducting I-9 verifications
- Assisting with HR projects and reporting tasks
- Pulling and analyzing reports using MS Excel
- Maintaining organizational systems and ensuring compliance
- HR generalist background with a solid understanding of HR processes
- Tech-savviness and intermediate MS Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)
- Exceptional organizational and auditing skills
- Detail-oriented and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
