- Generate reports on maintenance activities and assist in tracking inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
Additionally, you will deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensure client satisfaction by confirming that maintenance work has been completed to their satisfaction, and handle emergency maintenance requests, prioritize urgent situations, and dispatch technicians accordingly.
