You are A Manufacturing Technician responsible for ensuring efficient production line operations, performing preventative maintenance, and maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. This is a long term temporary position.
This position pays : $21.06 -$21.06
Location : Paris, KY
Schedule : Fri-Sun 6 : 00am-6 : 30pm
What you will be doing :
- Adhering to all safety precautions and PPE requirements while performing job duties.
- Setting up and running production lines according to the production schedule and work orders.
- Understanding line and pump configurations, cleaning and inspecting lines, and performing line changeovers as needed.
- Conducting preventative maintenance on equipment and addressing any failures.
- Performing particle count tests.
- Preparing customer trucks, including sealing, sampling, and completing associated paperwork.
- Inspecting and closing MPOs.
- Maintaining accurate production records.
- Collaborating with supervisors and maintenance personnel to ensure proper equipment setup and operation.
- Monitoring and assisting assigned packaging operators.
- Working with the Quality Assurance team to recognize and resolve quality issues, with the authority to stop production in case of contamination.
- Performing duties of both a packaging operator and material handler.
- Complying with all cGMP requirements.
- Managing hazardous and universal waste per local, state, and federal regulations.
- Performing other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
