Position Title : Data Entry Specialist
You are a detail-oriented and organized professional with expertise in data entry and mailing programs, ensuring efficient operations in the shipping and receiving department.
This position pays : $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
Location : Menlo Park, CA
Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM]
What you will be doing :
- Accurately input and maintain shipping and receiving data in company systems.
- Use mailing programs such as UPS, USPS, and FedEx to process shipments and generate labels.
- Track and confirm shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to organize and prioritize tasks.
- Perform routine audits of shipping documentation to maintain data accuracy.
- Assist with inventory management and provide administrative support to the department.
