You are a highly organized, proactive administrative professional who leads with precision and attention to detail. You excel in fast-paced environments, are trustworthy with sensitive information, and communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

This position pays: $35-$40/hr

Location: Sacramento (Onsite Fulltime)

What You Will Be Doing

  • Oversee and coordinate daily administrative operations including scheduling, onboarding, and office organization.
  • Manage business forms, contracts, and payroll-related tasks while maintaining confidentiality and meeting deadlines.
  • Serve as a liaison with external partners such as vendors, IT companies, and others.
  • Assist the accounting team with payments, deposits, invoicing, and expense tracking.
  • Process EDD paperwork to ensure compliance and timely submission.
  • Coordinate company events, meetings, and training sessions by managing logistics and communications.
  • Utilize SharePoint and Smartsheets to organize, update, and track business processes.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in an administrative, operations, or office management role.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, Smartsheets, and other office productivity tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to lead projects independently.
  • Experience with payment processing, deposits, and accounting support.
