This Position Pays:
$26-$27/hr
What You Will Be Doing:
- Assess patient needs and connect them with medical, behavioral health, and social services, including financial assistance, housing, and shelter. Bilingual a must.
- Provide referrals and facilitate access to Ritter Center and Marin County's Safety Net services.
- Assist patients with paperwork and address barriers to care, such as transportation, insurance, and language.
- Educate patients on available services and provide guidance to reduce anxiety about care.
What You Bring:
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or social services.
- Experience working with low-income, unhoused, or substance abuse populations.
- Proficiency in computer applications and the ability to learn new systems.
- Compliance with OSHA and public health vaccination requirements, including TB, COVID-19, and Influenza (unless exempt).
