What You Will Be Doing
- Overseeing field operations, including team coordination, subcontractor management, and equipment/material allocation.
- Managing project timelines, labor distribution, and procurement to meet deadlines.
- Conducting site reviews to ensure compliance, safety, and quality control.
- Tracking work orders, timesheets, and inventory for operational efficiency.
- Communicating with clients, providing project updates, and handling change orders.
- Leading project close-out, including final walkthroughs and documentation.
- 6 years in project management, construction field operations, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management ideal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Excel ERP systems/project management software (e.g., Crew Mobile, Aspire, etc.).
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and work across various job sites.
- Ability to multitask, work well with others and manage and oversee teams and clients.
