What You Will Be Doing
- Recruit a high volume of candidates for property management roles at multiple locations throughout California, Pacific Northwest, Nevada and Denver
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed and other tools
- Fast paced work environment
- Ability to handle multiple requisitions and priorities
- 3-5 years experience as a Recruiter
- Experience recruiting for hourly positions
- Ability to work with multiple hiring managers
- ATS Systems knowledge, ICIMS preferred
- Experienced with Google platform tools
- Property Management or similar recruiting experience is a plus
