Sales Support Specialist
You are a friendly and detail-oriented individual who excels at providing excellent customer service and efficiently processing online orders. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and maintaining positive customer interactions.
This position pays : $20.00 per hour
Location : Sacramento, CA
Schedule : Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM Temp to hire
What you will be doing :
- Check for and process online orders in a timely and accurate manner.
- Import and process online orders using company systems.
- Proactively follow up with customers to obtain necessary information for order processing.
- Create and maintain accurate customer profiles.
- Take customer orders over the phone as experience increases.
- Document customer feedback and relay it to appropriate team members, ensuring timely follow-up on requests and issues.
- Collaborate with the sales department to maintain up-to-date website information.
