We are building our personal training department and looking for a passionate, results-driven Fitness Sales Specialist to join our team.

Drive Sales : Conduct consultations to identify members’ fitness goals and recommend personal training packages.Lead Generation : Make outbound phone calls to leads and members to schedule consultations and complimentary sessions.Perform Free Training Sessions : Showcase the value of personal training to prospective clients.Bilingual Communication : Engage effectively in both English and Spanish with our diverse member base.Support Membership Sales : Occasionally provide tours, sign guests up for memberships, and assist with the front desk as needed.Achieve Sales Goals : Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.What We’re Looking For
Sales Experience : At least 2 years of proven success in sales, preferably in fitness or service industries.Fitness Knowledge : Understanding of fitness, exercise programming, and basic nutrition principles.Bilingual Proficiency : Fluent in English and Spanish (required).Interpersonal Skills : Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships and close sales.Certification (Preferred) : Personal training certification preferred but not required—must obtain within 90 days.Motivation : Goal-oriented, driven, and passionate about fitness and helping others succeed.Who You Are
