Right now, were on the lookout for an energetic Fitness Shift Leader to steer our team, amp up our sales game, and keep the good energy rolling.
What Youll Do
Step up as the heartbeat of our daily grind, making sure everything hums during your shiftfrom top-notch service to a clean facility. Heres your playbook :
Lead the Pack : Rally front desk and sales teammates, set the bar high for service, and show em how its doneselling, chatting, and keeping it clean.Membership : Guide tours, seal membership deals, and push the team to exceed sales goalsthink appointments set and kept.CRM : Dive into our CRM to track leads, nudge prospects, and lock in consultationskeep that pipeline flowing.Service Star : Wow every member and guest with customer care, tackling any hiccups on the spot.Cleanliness : Run walkthroughs, keep equipment sharp, and team up to maintain a pristine spacelocker rooms, workout zones, the works.Smooth Ops : Open / close the gym, handle cash, and prep the next shift like a procollaborate with the GM on schedules and ideas to level up.What Were After
Experience : Past jobs leading teams, selling, or servingextra points if its fitness-related.Skills : Leadership, communication, and ability to work solo or with the squadSpanish fluency is a big plus!Traits : Upbeat energy, a hunger to grow, and a knack for juggling tasks.Your KPIs
