JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Materials Analyst is responsible for maintaining the day to day operations of communicating with vendors in regard to manufacturing orders as well as any other communication required to assure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer requirements are met.
The job will consist of the following:
Daily updating and maintenance of purchase orders.
- Work ap issue log and communicate with accounting
Maintain Stock w/in Tool Crib
Communicating with Vendors.
Assuring customer shipments are "on-time".
Maintaining accurate inventory counts.
Cycle count production area daily
Maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School graduate, or equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
- Excel knowledge required
- Occasionally lifts 10 lbs. or less
- Experience in ERP systems
- Experience in inventory control, material handling, or procurement preferred.
