If performing duties within the warehouse setting, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk, hear, and smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 56#, occasionally lift and/or move more than 75#, and infrequently push/pull greater than 115#. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

If performing duties within an office setting, an office environment is typical in this position. The noise level is generally quiet.
If performing duties within a warehouse setting, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving equipment, dust particles, ladders, hazardous chemicals and slight risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. The working surface is concrete.

Hours: Up to 30 hours/week Days: Monday – Friday, 8:00a.m. – 5:00p.m.
Salary Range: $17/per hour

- Actively participate in hands-on work tasks as guided by company staff.
- Learn through executing tasks and receiving feedback.
- Complete learning outcomes as outlined by the educational programming within which the individual is enrolled.
- Provide summative presentation report to NJ leadership team at the end of internship experience.

- Current enrollment in postsecondary educational programming or recently graduated.
