Position Overview
We’re hiring an experienced Videographer to join our team in North Iowa. This is a hands-on, creative role for someone with a proven track record in video production. You’ll work closely with clients and team members to produce polished, story-rich content for a wide range of projects. From initial shoot to final edit, your role will be essential in helping us maintain our high production standards and creative spark.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture professional-quality footage for promotional, brand, event, and social media videos.
• Edit and assemble footage in Adobe Premiere Pro (or Final Cut Pro), adding style, clarity, and emotion.
• Create motion graphics and visual effects in Adobe After Effects to enhance the final product.
• Collaborate with our creative team on storyboarding and concept development.
• Manage post-production tasks including audio syncing, color correction, and final delivery.
• Maintain and organize footage and project files for easy access and reuse.
• Stay current with video trends, styles, and techniques to keep our work fresh and relevant.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in professional videography — this is a must. We're looking for someone who’s done this before and can hit the ground running.
✅ A demo reel that showcases your shooting, editing, and storytelling abilities. Applications without a reel will not be considered.
✅ Familiarity with video equipment — please include in your application a list of cameras, mics, lighting, drones, and software you’ve worked with.
✅ Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, and optionally Illustrator/Photoshop.
✅ Excellent camera operation, lighting, and sound recording skills.
✅ Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.
✅ Organizational superpowers — you know how to juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
✅ Bonus: Photography experience or drone certification is a plus.

Pay: $15.00 - $30.00 per hour
