Job Summary:

Nelson Miller Group is a dynamic and growing organization with multiple US locations across Wisconsin, California, New Jersey, and Virginia, along with a dispersed remote workforce.

The Engineering Intern will work closely with experienced engineers, assisting with various tasks and learning fundamental engineering principles. This part-time position is based at our Nelson Miller Group facility in Wausau, WI.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Conduct experiments and collect data for analysis.
• Perform basic calculations and simulations.
• Maintain organized and accurate records of work performed.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to project discussions.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate engineering program (e.g., Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, etc.).
• Basic understanding of engineering principles.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• A strong desire to learn and contribute.
