Nelson Mullins law firm is looking for a junior to mid-level real estate associate to join its Affordable Housing and Tax Credit Team. As an AmLaw100 firm, this will offer a unique opportunity to a lateral associate who wants to be part of an expanding team who shows up for their clients. A Day in the Life

Our office occupies two floors of the 390 North building located in the heart of downtown Orlando with a view of Lake Eola. You will be joining a hard-working team that represents for-profit and nonprofit developers in the development, acquisition, construction, rehabilitation, operation and sale of affordable multifamily housing for families and seniors throughout the US utilizing a wide range of federal, state and local affordable housing programs.

We Know You
You have 1-3 years of meaningful experience in real estate, partnerships, corporations, tax, or regulatory matters. You possess excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical, and communications skills. Business Finance or Accounting undergraduate degree strongly preferred. You are detail-oriented, have excellent follow through and are a member (in Good Standing) of the Florida, Georgia, Maryland, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, or DC Bar.
- The salary/wage range is $200,000 - $370,000 annually. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for performance bonuses and benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.
