What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finisher position at Nelson Numeric?
As a Finisher , you will thoroughly visually examine small machined parts for burrs, defects and other foreign object debris. Utilize proper procedures to correct defects, while maintaining a high level of quality parts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Responsible for effective and efficient examination of machined parts used in the Aerospace industry
- Identifies and corrects any part defects
- Works with proper tooling to remove any foreign object debris
- Work Independently to follow the production schedule
Education, Skills and Experience
- High Attention to detail
- Familiar with working with small objects
- Able to fine defects in small objects
- Dedicated, reliable, quick learner
- Manufacturing and Deburring Experience is Certainly a Plus but not required!
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
