Must be available Sunday through Thursday, drive a van and make lunch deliveries, and work over time during peak events season

Position: Kitchen Prep/Cook/Delivery Driver
the successfully hired candidate will be cross trained in a variety of large scale food preparation and production processes.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Work in a team oriented, high volume, fast paced commercial kitchen
Work efficiently to be able to handle large volume of product per hour
Operate kitchen convection ovens and independently expedite events upon training
Service, maintain and clean kitchen equipment on a regular basis
Timely, high quality food production using oven and/or grilling systems
Maintain a clean work environment
Follow best food safety and sanitation practices
Requirements:

TWO years kitchen prep experience large scale commercial kitchen
Driver's License
Ability to lift at least 40 pounds as needed

Accurately read recipes, apply, and execute complex tasks
Use kitchen equipment in a safe manner (convection oven, slicer, etc)

Ability to stand for eight hours per day in kitchen

Ability to work with minimal supervision
