Essential Skills:
- Lead and continuously develop team of talented service and sales professionals in a fast-paced environment
- Mentor, coach and motivate teammates while developing their technical and professional skills
- Provide top notch service to our valued customers
- Manage administrative functions such as scheduling, inventory, expense and payroll management
- Oversee the performance and operations of all aspects of the store including both the retail and commercial businesses (as applicable)
- Drive store sales by achieving overall business performance objectives, including sales and productivity goals

Requirements
- Three or more years of customer service focus (preferably in retail or automotive)
- Comprehensive understanding of the automotive service market
- Knowledge managing to budget and P&L
- Must possess the ability to use computers/POS system
- Proven ability communicate effectively and establish lasting customer relationships
- Plan and prioritize work efficiently while upholding excellent quality standards.
- Associates degree preferred
