Description
As a Warehouse Manager, you oversee the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of products within the warehouse. RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Operations Management: Oversee all warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and the receipt and dispatch of goods. Ensure processes are efficient and effective.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse personnel. Develop schedules, assign tasks, and monitor performance to ensure high levels of productivity and quality.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory control system to optimize stock levels, reduce overstock and shortages, and ensure accurate record-keeping for all inventory movements.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure the warehouse operates in compliance with all legal regulations and company policies. Implement and maintain safety standards to protect employees and inventory.
- Process Improvement: Continually assess and improve warehouse operations and procedures for better efficiency, accuracy, and service level.
- Equipment and Facility Management: Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment and facilities. Ensure all equipment is serviced and in good working condition.
- Customer Service: Work closely with customer service and sales teams to resolve any issues related to warehouse operations. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer needs.
- Budget Management: Manage the warehouse budget. Control expenses related to labor, supplies, and equipment to meet financial objectives.
- Technology: Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and other technologies to enhance operational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Planning: Participate in planning with other management to improve overall supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, or a similar role, with a track record of managing warehouse operations effectively.
