Window Installer/Service tech

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Window Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of construction and remodeling, with a strong emphasis on window installation. Duties

• Install windows according to specifications and building codes.
• Read and interpret schematics to ensure accurate installation.
• Collaborate with other tradespeople on construction sites to ensure seamless project completion.
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Handle glass installation with care, ensuring proper sealing and insulation.
• Fabricate necessary components for window installation as required.
• Assist in door hanging when needed, contributing to overall project efficiency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the installation process.
• Lift heavy materials as required, ensuring safety protocols are followed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in window installation or related fields such as remodeling or maintenance person services.
• Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
• Experience with metal stud framing is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficient in the use of hand tools and power tools relevant to window installation.
• Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
