Required Knowledge And Skills:
- Lead the master planning process for large-scale developments, mixed-use projects, urban design, and infrastructure planning.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, urban designers, landscape architects, and other specialists to develop integrated planning solutions.
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies to understand the physical, environmental, and regulatory constraints and opportunities.
- Develop long-term strategic plans for communities, campuses, and other large developments, balancing aesthetic, functional, and economic considerations.
- Prepare and present master plan concepts, proposals, and reports to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Navigate zoning, land use, environmental policies, and building codes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Engage with clients, consultants, and municipal agencies to gather input, address concerns, and advocate for planning solutions.
- Contribute to the development of planning proposals and strategies, incorporating sustainability, mobility, and resilience into every aspect of the plan.
- Provide oversight of project teams, ensuring that all planning and design deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and budgets.
- Stay informed on emerging trends and technologies in urban planning, architecture, and sustainability to bring innovative solutions to projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, or related field.
- 10 years of experience in master planning, urban design, or large-scale development projects.
- Strong knowledge of planning processes, land use policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including coordination with multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in planning software and tools (AutoCAD, GIS, Revit, SketchUp, etc.)
- Proficiency in Deltek Vision.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and guide junior staff.
- A passion for sustainable design, urban development, and innovative planning solutions.

Salary : $99,000 - $175,000
