What are the responsibilities and job description for the Executive Casino Host position at Nemacolin Inc?
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Completes all assigned duties, paperwork, and reports in a timely manner.
- Ability to authorize and issue complementary services to patrons in accordance with the approved Complimentary Matrix.
- Assures high standards of guest service by maintaining constant awareness for the entire property and assistance of all promotions, events and entertainment and Players Club membership benefits.
- Provides feedback to the Director of Player Development regarding status and concerns of VIP players.
- Responsible for evaluating discretionary comps for customer disputes.
- Reviews the patron's accounts to ensure the redemptions fall within the patron's eligibility level.
- Assist the Director of Player Development in the development of Casino Host staff.
- Working knowledge of Oasis including but not limited to the following : Customer inquiries, Players Club & Tracking info, Customer offers & redemptions, and Marketing reports.
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
