What are the responsibilities and job description for the Count Room Clerk/Count Room Supervisor - Casino position at Nemacolin Woodlands?
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for accurate and timely collection, count, and recording of funds from various places around the Casino by complying with company Internal Controls
- Provides and monitors on-the-job training for Count Room department to ensure staff receives adequate guidance, resources, and information for satisfactory job performance
- Responsible for the Count Room Clerk(s)
- Working knowledge of Count Room related applications and equipment, including Oasis and UltiPro
- Records and verifies drops, wraps, and packs all currency after it's counted, confirm documentation attesting to the accuracy of the figures
- Understands all aspects of TRM and ATM systems and can perform the drop/count and fill process
- Knowledge and ability to perform the TRM and ATM drop/count and fill process, transferring currency and coin from the Main Bank and all other aspects of Count Room operations
- Maintains a constant awareness of activities of all areas assigned to observe and act appropriately in the event of any suspicious or irregular activity
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EXPERIENCE OR EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- One to two years' experience in casino operations preferred
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain all required certification
- Must complete all required company training.
