What are the responsibilities and job description for the Pool Server (Seasonal) position at Nemacolin Woodlands?

We are looking to fill a key position in our Food & Beverage department that is responsible for serving guests food and beverage to the Pool and/or Adult Pool area.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Utilizing Micros systems
- Adhere to Resort safety practices and procedures
- Maintain specific side-work and ensure the total cleanliness and smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Maintaining Food and Alcohol Knowledge
- Notify management of hazardous conditions
- Serving Food and Beverage
- Serving Alcohol safely and responsibly; check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
- Utilizing appropriate verbiage in accordance with Forbes standards to communicate with guests.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to speak English
- Proper order taking
- General Resort Knowledge
- Must be of legal age according to State regulations to serve alcohol.
- Knowledge of Forbes standards preferred.
