Job duties and responsibilities:
- Knowledge of state, local and federal laws pertaining to gaming & alcohol
- Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results
- Ability to understand and solve complex problems
- Responsible for completing annual Anti-Money Laundering/Title 31 training
- Maintain good public communication skills and associations with PGCB and PSP staff, and other internal departmental Managers
- Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive
- Ability to maintain confidentiality relative to operations financial data, company policies, procedures, promotions and employee relation’s issues
- Working knowledge of Oasis application including but not limited to the following: Cage, Pit, Marketing, Main Bank, Softcount, Accounting, Player Club, Player Tracking, W2G, Cage, Game/Table Reports, and Marketing menus, and Self-Exclusion Display
- Meet with departmental Directors, Managers and team Members as necessary
- Produce reports and/or spreadsheets of Regulatory Compliance activities
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities
Detailed descriptions of experience or educational requirements:
- Knowledge of federal, state, local government, and gaming laws as applicable
- Must be able to receive and maintain all required certifications
- Must complete all required company training
