The Nemacolin Warehouse Clerk will assist the Warehouse Supervisor with the organization of all high-volume storage, inventory, and distribution of FF&E materials. The Warehouse Clerk will assist with the warehouse team's flawless execution of fulfillment operations, inventory, application of inventory software, cost controls, and strategic planning. This position reports directly to the Warehouse Manager and must maintain close communication with the warehouse supervisor.

Essential Functions

- Assists the Warehouse Supervisor with all aspects of the Nemacolin Warehouse operations and provides daily support to team members and resort departments.
- Assist with the careful handling, storage and distribution of Nemacolin décor and ff&e products to the internal consumer & departments.
- Assists with the warehouse and palletizer operations to include safety, quality, continuous improvement.
- Assist in the execution of Nemacolin cultural standards and activities needed to support the Nemacolin Service Vision and develop leaders and team members to successful results.
- Safely operate a forklift as part of daily duties.
- Assists with daily interaction with resort management, planning, transportation, quality and inventory control Supports processes run in accordance with SOPs and other documentation and best practices.
- Ensures quality service to guests, internal customers, and departments by exceeding requirements within the established time frame, and by communicating to internal contacts any issues that may impact guests.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- 1-3 years working in a warehouse environment with supply chain experience, including warehouse and inventory experience.
- Be very organized and exhibit a high level of attention to detail.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with frontline employees, peers, and executives.
- Must be able to speak English.
