Job Description
The Leader-In-Training will rotate quarterly within multiple departments, including Food and Beverage, Hotel Operations, Reservations, Housekeeping, Butler Services, Banquets, Event Planning, or Associate Living. This role requires regular and prompt attendance as well as the ability to work a variety of schedules depending on department needs. The candidate will attend classes, including a blending learning concept, to prepare for a potential leadership role upon completion of the program.
This position is a paid opportunity and may have similar qualities to an internship or externship.
