As a Project Manager in our dynamic hospitality environment, you will spearhead a diverse range of impactful projects aimed at elevating the guest experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting our capital investment strategies. As a Project Manager in our dynamic hospitality environment, you will spearhead a diverse range of impactful projects aimed at elevating the guest experience, optimizing operational efficiency, and supporting our capital investment strategies. Essential Functions

- Manage a portfolio of projects across departments (e.g., IT, Retail, Procurement, Security, Rooms, F&B, Spa, Engineering) to drive operational excellence and elevate guest experience. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to define project scope, goals, timelines, and budgets. Lead project planning meetings with stakeholders and develop scope, goals, timelines, and budget. Serve as the liaison between internal teams (e.g., Housekeeping, Culinary, Front Office) and third-party vendors to ensure project alignment and minimal guest disruption. Ensure all projects comply with brand standards, local regulations, and health & safety guidelines. Develop and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, task lists, risk assessments, and status reports. Monitor progress and proactively manage risks, dependencies, and changes. Communicate project status regularly to leadership, adjusting plans as needed to ensure successful completion. Support the implementation of new technology, systems (e.g., PMS, POS), or service programs with appropriate training and change management. Conduct post-project evaluations to identify successes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.
- 3 years of project management experience in the hospitality industry (resorts, hotels, or F&B environments preferred). Strong understanding of hotel/resort operations and guest service standards. Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with third-party vendors or contractors. Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment while managing multiple, shifting priorities. Certifications preferred are PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Hospitality-Focused Leadership Cross-Functional Project Execution Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement Communication & Stakeholder Engagement Time and Budget Management Creative Problem Solving Attention to Detail Adaptability and Flexibility
