To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a friendly and outgoing personality, excellent communication skills, ability to stand for an extended period of time, must be at least 18 years of age, and able to lift up to 25lbs. Previous barista experience preferred. Must be able to speak the English language fluently, handle high-pressure situations, work a variety of shifts - including holidays, weekends, evenings, etc. Strong organizational skills & ability to prioritize tasks, interface professionally with business contacts and customers. Strong understanding of hospitality industry helpful.
