- Develop and retain guest relations, mentoring colleagues to deliver superior guest service.
- Demonstrate strong preparation skills, including setting up workspace, following health regulations, preparing cocktail mixers, and managing beverage inventories safely and accurately.
- Represent the brand by embodying the style and vibe of the venue, appearing as a key element of the poolside atmosphere.
- Secure and protect company assets, including liquor, beer, and wine.
- Possess knowledge of POS and usage.
- Obtain and maintain RAMP certification through the state of PA, adhering to state regulations regarding responsible alcohol service.
- Adhere to cash handling and SOPs for tender transactions.
- Assist with EOM inventory, alongside leadership.
- Follow proper knife safety and usage.
- Participate in cocktail R&D for seasonal menu changes, creating cocktails and costing alongside leadership.
- Stay knowledgeable about industry trends, liquor, beer, wine, and food menus, including allergens.
- Create genuine experiences for dining and beverage service, following all SOPs, resort standards, and guest expectations.
- Friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; modeling experience or a background in hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs.
- Fluency in the English language is required.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical functions.
- Must be able to handle high-pressure situations.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
