Objective
The Learning and Development Specialist is responsible for preparing the annual training plan and ensuring efficient and effective training requirements are met for the plant.
Main Responsibilities
- Prepare the annual training plan corresponding to the plant. Consolidate business (CoE) and plant-specific needs, as well as legal compliance, in a single document.
- PAC execution; Organize the logistics of the courses (room, coffee break, attendance list, invitation and closing in LMS, etc.). Ensure attendance compliance according to the annual training plan.
- Upload the LMS report with the courses that were taught at the end of the year on the platform.
- Ensure the competence of unionized personnel by auditing leaders in the CST, skills matrix, and training plan formats.
- Approve or decline category flows for unionized personnel according to the guidelines corresponding to the position and area.
- Attend internal and external audits. Demonstrate adherence to our methods.
