Patient Care Coordinator – Full-Time (Forest Hills Area)

Our rapidly expanding dental office is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to join our fun-loving, hard-working team. This full-time position offers an exciting chance to grow with the practice and make a meaningful impact on our patients' lives. Schedule:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00/6:30 PM
- 2 Saturdays per month
Your Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage phone calls professionally
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Verify and process dental insurance claims
- Assist with patient inquiries and office coordination
Who We’re Looking For:
- Reliable transportation
- A warm, friendly, and professional demeanor (both in person and on the phone)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to multitask, take initiative, and anticipate the needs of others
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Prior experience in a dental office is a plus, but we welcome candidates with strong customer service skills who are eager to learn!
- Spanish-speaking is required
