About the Position
We are seeking licensed practical nurses (LPNs) to join our team, where you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. As an LPN at our center, your responsibilities will include administering medication, developing and maintaining nursing care plans, and collaborating with our care plan coordinator.
What You'll Do
- Administer medication and treatments according to physician's orders
- Develop and maintain nursing care plans in collaboration with the care plan coordinator
- Collaborate with certified nursing assistants (CNAs) to provide comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse license in the State of Massachusetts
- One year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
