Nemean Solutions, LLC is looking for a Government Contract Pricing Specialist

Nemean Solutions is a certified SBA 8(a) Native Hawaiian Organization (NHO) and veteran-operated company providing advanced Military Intelligence, Enterprise and Cloud IT services, Cybersecurity, Special Operations Forces (SOF) Exercise and Training, and niche Program Support and Professional Services to Federal and State Agencies supporting the US Government Defense, Intelligence and Aerospace sectors.

Job Overview:

Nemean Solutions, LLC has an immediate opening for a Government Contract Pricing Specialist. This is a full-time position is fully remote. The person in this role will be responsible for developing pricing and proposals that are compliant with request for proposal (RFP) requirements and internal corporate processes.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, analytical applicant to join a growing organization in a fast paced, deadline driven environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review and collaborate with others to respond to RFP/RFQ and other pricing requests.
• Advise on strategy, estimating, and compliance throughout the proposal and duration of contract
• Develop cost/price proposals compliant with RFP requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
• Meet tight deadlines
• Obtain cost data from subcontractors, vendors, and other suppliers
• Perform and document cost/price analyses
• Additional duties as assigned
• Travel – little to none expected

Requirements and Qualifications:

• BA or BS degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Math, or Economics.
• 3 - 5 years of experience developing cost/price proposals compliant with RFP requirements and Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR).
• Indepth knowledge of Labor Bids and Standard Pricing Agreements (SPA) Rates.
• Indepth knowledge of Government contracting procedures and Federal regulations.
• Flexibility to handle non-standard workweeks to meet deadline requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced in Microsoft Excel.
• Self-motivated to learn new concepts and skills.

Security Requirements: Tier 1 Background Investigation required.
