Join our Nemko Field Evaluation team , a fast-growing leader in the field evaluation industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative team that’s driving excellence in product safety and field evaluations.

We’re seeking an experienced Field Evaluation Engineer in the greater Los Angeles / Southern California area who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you have a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and the ability to make an impact as a reliable, self-starting team player, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Conduct testing and field evaluations in accordance with industry standards, including : NFPA, UL, IEEE, NSF, SPE-1000, NEC, and ANSI.
Meet project deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Confidently make decisions and clearly communicate ideas and plans.

Qualifications :

Proven experience with field evaluations to product safety standards

A proactive, customer-focused approach with a demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

A degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical, Mechanical, or similar), or a minimum of 7 years of commercial / industrial electrical experience.

Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

Willing to travel up to 50% of the time, including out-of-state travel.

Available to work nights and weekends as needed.

Ready to start immediately and commit to a full-time position.

Please Note :

Candidates must reside in the Greater Los Angeles / Southern California area and be available for travel and flexible work hours.

Candidates will need to be comfortable going up and down ladders, navigating tight spaces and carrying up to 25 pounds of test equipment as part of the role.
