Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) lead is responsible for the supervision, leadership, and mentoring of a group on APPs in collaboration with the APP Manager and Division Director. The APP Lead will also be required to complete all job duties of the APPs in the service line in which they provide clinical care.
The APP Lead must be capable of self-directed independent and collaborative practice. Strong communication and inter- professional skills are required as the APP Lead is a critical liaison between medical teams, nursing teams and families.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- MSN/DNP: APRN-Nurse Practitioner or MSc Physician Assistant
- AHA BLS
- Prior leadership experience preferred; experience may be combination of RN APP experience
