Nemours is seeking an APP Manager to join our Cardiac Critical Care Unit in Orlando!
The Advanced Practice Provider Manager will provide leadership and education for a team of advanced practice providers and provide direct care to patients and their families in a dedicated admission to discharge Cardiac Critical Care Unit, which functions within an integrated practice, unifying cardiovascular surgeons, intensivists, anesthesiologist, cardiologist, advanced practice providers and other allied health professionals.
The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is also responsible for the following:

The Advanced Practice Provider Manager is also responsible for the following:
- Acts as a resource, role model, and clinical leader for the patient care team.
- Responsible for planning, development, and utilization of human and material resources to meet departmental needs.
- Mentors and develops staff.
- Participates in departmental and hospital programs for continuous improvement.

- Three years of progressive leadership experience preferred.
