Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage manpower, project coordination, technical advice, safety practices, quality control, and organization for plumbing and HVAC projects
- project management of design build / design assist
- Participate in preliminary job/safety walk , billing , and cost to complete meetings
- Inspect and review projects to monitor compliance with specifications, drawings, building and safety codes
- Provide cost proposals, engineering and budgeting as necessary
- Develop constructive and long lasting relationships with general contractors, and customers.
- Develop and lead effective teams
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering/Construction
- 5 years of onsite / industry experience
- Must have demonstrated ability to manage multiple HVAC and purity piping and controls projects
- Ability to work and travel to and from site
