Our client is a well established consulting engineering firm that is a national pioneer in the development of net zero energy buildings. They are currently seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team within the Maryland market!
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of the performance contracting projects lifecycle and be the main point of contract for their clients
- Lead the development phase in regards to the design layouts of mechanical systems,conduct building system audits, energy analysis and savings calculations
- Direct the bidding process with internal team members, and then collaborate with the client to develop the final contract
- Identify and resolve conflicts as they arise
- Create and maintain customer relationships
- Direct the commissioning and M&V teams
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an ABET accredited institution
- PE & CEM are required.
- 5 years experience in MEP and/or with an Energy Services company
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- AutoCAD and REVIT software experience
