Neo Innovations is seeking a highly experienced Scrum Master/Product Owner with a minimum of five years in the field to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving Agile excellence and ensuring project delivery aligns with business priorities and strategic goals. Strong technical knowledge is highly preferred to effectively collaborate with our development team. As a mentor to our existing team members, you will contribute to fostering a culture of continuous improvement while enabling efficient and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scrum Facilitation:
• Act as the Scrum Master ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum principles, practices, and ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Product Ownership:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain a clear product backlog, ensuring it is prioritized to deliver maximum value aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and refine user stories and acceptance criteria, ensuring clarity for the development team.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical teams, ensuring effective communication of requirements and priorities.
• Facilitate discussions between teams to remove roadblocks and ensure alignment on project goals.

Vision and Roadmap Development:

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the organization’s strategic goals and customer needs.

Process Improvement:

• Continuously assess and improve Agile processes to enhance team performance, delivery speed, and project outcomes.

Mentorship:

• Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth in Agile methodologies and professional development.

Project Coordination:

• Support project planning, including scope definition, sprint timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project progress and managing expectations effectively.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure product deliverables meet agreed-upon acceptance criteria and are delivered to a high standard of quality.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of five years in a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar role, preferably within the health and wellness or alternative healthcare sectors.

Technical Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge is highly preferred, including proficiency in Agile tools and methodologies.
• Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks is essential.
• Proficient in using Jira, Confluence, and FigJam for backlog management, sprint planning, and collaboration.

Analytical and Design Skills:

• Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs, identify gaps, and propose effective solutions.
• Experience creating and maintaining product backlogs, user stories, and sprint reports.

Communication and Leadership:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating complex ideas into actionable plans.
• Proven experience in mentoring teams or facilitating Agile training sessions.

Problem-Solving:

• Demonstrated ability to approach challenges creatively and strategically to resolve team or project impediments.

Preferred Skills:

• Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with alternative healthcare practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Agile tools and frameworks, such as Jira, Confluence, and FigJam.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
