Role Description
This is a contract role for an MS BI Developer located on-site in Nashville, TN. The MS BI Developer will be responsible for developing and optimizing data models, creating dashboards, and designing and implementing data warehousing solutions. The role includes tasks such as performing ETL processes, analyzing data requirements, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in computer science, math, or related science field required.
· 5 years proficiency in SQL Server/T-SQL language required.
· 5 years proficiency using Microsoft tools (SSIS, SSAS, BI reporting tools) required.
· 4 years’ experience as an ETL developer.
· 5 years of experience in the business intelligence development area building data warehouses & data marts required.
· Work experience in the Fiscal/Finance industry is preferrable.
Skills & Strengths:
· Latest versions of Microsoft BI technologies (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI)
· Data warehousing (star schema, snowflake schema)
· Dimensional modeling
