The work includes coordinating with the Engineering team, Product team, and Marketing and Sales teams.What you'll do : Lead user research via various methods, such as interviews with users / stakeholders, competitive analysis, online surveys, and focus groups. Analyze the data into qualitative and quantitative information that guides decision-making.Observe clinical cases, labs, and user validations to find opportunities to improve existing products.Lead feedback sessions with customers and clinical teams at all stages of product development, translating insights into existing designs.Lead ideation with the Engineering and Product teams.Incorporate creative design activities, including prototyping and graphic design.Design user stories to guide the user to accomplish tasks or educate them about the product.Design user flows and wireframes, meticulously stepping through each part of the workflowFully own the design for the full workflow for a product. Responsible for creating the user experience and the supporting UI design. Responsible for communicating the design to all stakeholders including clinical, marketing and engineering and iterating on the designs based on the feedback received.Test products on users. Gathering feedback from users based on a minimum viable productConsider design with an eye for manufacturabilityWork closely with Engineering and Marketing to make sure the product follows consistent design elements and addresses the user needsWhat you'll bring : BS in Design, Computer Science or relevant fieldSoftware user interface designHardware design experience, including prototyping and 3D printingWorkflow designTesting design concepts with customer feedbackExperience with UX prototyping software packagesExperience in designing user centric product and workflowDemonstrated experience with graphics generationWhat else?
