This job operates in a clinical environment. This is a full-time position. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work. This position requires up to 70% travel. Frequently travel is outside the local area and overnight.

What you’ll do:
- Clinical Training & Onboarding
- Deliver hands-on, in-practice training to ensure new and existing dental teams are proficient in pre-operative planning, intra-operative workflows, and post-operative protocols using the Yomi Robotic Guidance System.
- Utilize “Train the Trainer” methodologies to empower key clinical staff within practices to become internal Yomi champions.
- Clinical Support & Utilization Growth
- Provide on-site clinical case support and guidance during robotic-assisted dental implant procedures to ensure safe and effective use of the Yomi platform.
- Drive consistent system utilization by identifying barriers, coaching staff, and developing customized support strategies to increase implant volume and efficiency.
- Account Management & Business Development
- Manage and grow assigned customer accounts by maintaining strong, ongoing relationships with dental providers, office managers, and surgical teams.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with dental practices to analyze performance trends, identify growth opportunities, and build action plans to meet volume and utilization goals.
- Collaborate with the Robotic Business Director to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer needs and business targets.
- Maintain an active sales and utilization forecast, tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly case volumes to exceed personal and regional targets.
- Education & Events Coordination
- Plan and execute in-office education events, hands-on workshops, and local trade shows to promote the value of robotic-assisted implant dentistry.
- Represent Neocis and the Yomi platform at dental conferences and events to support sales, education, and awareness.
- Sales Partnership with the Capital Sales Team
- Partner with the capital sales team to support lead generation, attend prospect demos and events, and drive system adoption in the field.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Provide valuable field feedback to marketing, engineering, and product development teams to inform product improvements and messaging.
- Support internal initiatives that improve customer experience, training efficacy, and operational efficiency.
- Operational Excellence & Compliance
- Maintain accurate CRM documentation, QBR notes, and visit reports to ensure high visibility across the organization.
- Adhere to all Neocis quality and safety procedures, and consistently identify areas for process improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent
- Minimum 2 years sales/B2B experience
- Experience in a clinical environment using complex medical devices
- Comfortable working with medical professionals as well as sales, marketing, and engineering
- Ability to explain complicated technical information in simple terms
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills, including written and verbal
- Experience with Google Docs
- Willingness to travel on a regular basis to support multiple accounts
- Clean driving record required
- Clinical and/or operating room experience
- Experience with medical devices that involve a significant software component
- Familiar with CT scans and 3D imaging
- Start-up experience preferred
- Dental and/or private practice experience preferred

- This position requires the regular use of computer planning software & external hard drives
- Regular use of the Yomi robot – train the trainer
- Prolonged standing in the dental operatory
- Ability to lift/push/carry items up to 50 pounds
- Extensive driving depending on the Region.
- Exposure to moderate/loud noise
