Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse or LPN to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care, assist physician and nurse practitioner, and ensure the highest quality of care for our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments and provide basic patient care under the supervision of a nurse practitioner or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare provider.
- Assist in minor surgical procedures, including suturing and wound care.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a clean and safe patient care environment.
- Perform basic life support measures in emergency situations.
- Triage patients
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse or LPN program.
- Current Kansas RN or LPN license
- Proficiency in patient assessment and care planning.
- Knowledge of protocols and procedures.
- Strong understanding of aseptic techniques and infection control practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality patient care.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with healthcare professionals.
